Our story
It all started with … a dream.
Files Family Farm is family owned and operated about 5 miles outside of Carbon, Texas.
Our family has been on the land since the early 1960’s. David grew up farming/ranching and has passed this love to our family.
We have had many adventures, including wildfires, droughts, sickness, etc. God is always good and faithful.
Past Ventures
You may remember us at the farmers markets with little kids and juicy peaches… we miss those days, too. Wildfire in 2006 and then drought took a toll on the orchard. We look forward to the time we can replant…
