Files Family Farm is family owned and operated about 5 miles outside of Carbon, Texas. David and Brawner Files operate the farm and have since the early 1960’s. The Files family has a heritage of farming and there have been farmers in the family line as far back as we can trace.
We are a working farm and we are still doing things the old way out here, the way we have always done them. A milk cow, chickens, and a few head of cattle have been on farms all across the nation for generations, and they are still on ours. We still garden and enjoy fresh eggs and milk.
