Right now we have a limited quantity of ground beef available at our farm for $5/lb. This is the last of our beef, and probably the last for at least a year or two. Contact us if you would like to purchase some.
We offer all-natural Black Angus and Black Angus/Hereford cross beef. These are calves, approx. 600-800 lbs at the time of slaughter.
We do not use any antibiotics or hormones on our cattle.
We sell our meat in two ways to meet the needs of our customers.
We have grassfed ground beef available on our farm, stored in state inspected freezers. All our beef is processed by state inspected facilities. Ground beef can be purchased in 1 lb pkgs. We do offer volume discounts on our ground beef.
We also sell beef by the whole or half. We deliver at no charge to Cox Processing in Comanche, TX. You pay us by the hanging weight of the animal after slaughter.
