The Return Of The Texas Habitat
As a result of running a regenerative farm, we have been seeing an increasing number of our native species reestablish themselves. Some of the more sensitive species, such as spiders, frogs, mushrooms and birds, are a definite sign that the ecosystem is healthy and that their habitats aren’t being damaged by any chemicals or pesticides.
Mushrooms indicate a healthy soil ecosystem, particularly a good amount of organic matter that fungi can decompose. They are really great thing to see growing in the soil.
Butterfly’s are our pollinators in a habitat so definitely glad to be seeing them on our land
