We raise and sell 100% grass-fed and pasture-raised dorper lamb meat. We take great pride in the quality and perfected taste of our lamb meat. Our lamb raised on clean pasture conditions with fresh grass to eat due to our rotational grazing system.
Our sheep never receive grain, dewormer, vaccines, hormones, or any other medication or additives.
Our Lamb is sold every year in April, it will be ready in time for Easter or just for your favorite lamb recipe.
We grow the lambs until they are slaughtering weight and age and then send them to the butcher to be skillfully processed and each cut individually packaged for your convenience. When you order a lamb from us you get a whole lamb processed by our butcher, you get to decide exactly how you want it processed and which cuts you would like off your lamb. We will have it done just the way you like.
Our lambs will be average of 100 lbs when slaughtered and you will end up with aproxxomitly 35 lbs of meat ready for the freezer.
We charge $16 per lb + $125 deposit to reserve a lamb.
After your lamb is butchered, we will weigh it and you will be charged based on its weight.
An average lamb butchering out at 35lbs will cost aproxx. $455
