Regenerative Agriculture
We are dedicated to holistically managing our land in order to keep our soil healthy and teeming with microbial life. We move our animals daily to ensure the grass and soil is sufficiently fertilized and grazed but never damaged. By our carful management our land is one living medium where the animals and species benefit each other in a cooperative regenerative system.
Animal Well-Being
All our animals flourish in this stress-free and natural environment. We ensure our animals are healthy, strong and happy. From being born onto this farm to when they are taken to slaughter they are well cared for and content. Our animals are never kept in confinement but are allowed to graze on fresh pasture every day and live the way they were designed to.
Growing Healthy Food
Raised on a 100% Grass-Fed diet our sheep produce great tasting meat with no after taste. Our sheep have never even tasted grain thus making for a superior and nutrient dence meat. These sheep are never given dewormer, vaccines or hormones. And are supplied with Free Choice Minerals, in doing this we keep them functioning to their full capacity and at peak health.
Restoring Our Wildlife
A great priority of our farm is to encourage the return of wildlife and native plants by building back their natural habitats. Since managing our land regeneratively we have begun to see the return of our wildlife and native plant species. As a result we have started to see more of our native birds, insects, snakes and spiders. Also our delicate native clovers and bunch grasses have been making a come back because of our careful management.
Our Dream
We are a Christian family farm with deep roots and great love for the old farming community we live in. Our dream and biggest hope is to see a reviving of our diminishing farming community and the small rural communities across the country. We hope to build back our local community of strong farmers and see our little town flourish once more.
